Beacause SPlatform U3 is more advanced, we changed the content of the config folder and it's location.

The new config folder content:

/core/config
|- theme (folder)
|-- theme/header.php (set wich theme will be used in header)
|-- theme/footer.php (set wich theme will be used in footer)
|- 404.php (set the 404 page)
|- description.php (set the site description)
|- head.php (set custom scripts in header)
|- menu.php (set the menu)
|- title.php (set the site title)
|- warning-message.php (set a message on all the pages)
|- widgets.php (set the widgets of the theme)
